Shipping

At Jotung, we pride ourselves on quick order processing, with most orders shipped within 24 hours of purchase. Please note, some items may ship separately and can take up to 3 business days to dispatch. *Business Days Only

Orders are dispatched directly from our San Francisco, USA warehouse. We offer free global shipping. All orders are sent with insured shipping, providing peace of mind with additional security. While we primarily serve international customers, our shipping services are reliable, secure, and include tracking information.

After your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email, followed by a second email with your tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking information to be updated.

Shipping Options

International Insured Shipping (Includes Tracking): We offer insured shipping to international destinations, ensuring your items are protected throughout their journey. The cost and delivery time vary depending on your location, which will be detailed at checkout. Please note that shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

US : 5 Business Days

UK : 5 Business Days

Canada, Australia, New Zealand : 8 Business Days

Europe : 8-10 Business Days

International shipments may be subject to customs and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. For detailed information, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

FREE Returns and Exchanges

Jotung is committed to your satisfaction. If you're not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it to our warehouse for a full refund or exchange it for another item, with shipping insured at no extra cost to you. Returns must be in the condition you received them, including original packaging.

Refunds are issued for return requests made within 15 days of receipt, while free exchanges are available within 30 days of receipt. 

All Clearance Items are Final Sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Customized items cannot be canceled after 24 hours of order placement and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless defective.

Easy Return and Exchange Process:

  1. Email customer care at info@jotung.com to request a return or exchange package, complete with instructions and a return shipping label.
  2. Include the filled-out return form with your shipment.
  3. Upon receipt of your return, we will process it within 24 hours. Refunds can take up to 3 business days to appear in your account. For exchanges, we will ship your new item immediately after processing your return, subject to stock availability.
